Structure of the Embassy

The Embassy of the Order Malta to Ukraine has its seat in Kyiv.

The role of the Embassy of the Order of Malta to Ukraine is to:

– represent the Grand Master and the Government of the Order of Malta in Ukraine;
– facilitate the communication between the Order of Malta and the Ukrainian authorities;
– foster cooperation between the Order of Malta and the Government of Ukraine in areas such as humanitarian aid, healthcare and social development;
– promote and realize the humanitarian diplomacy of the Order of Malta;
– support the Malteser Relief Service of Ukraine in its activities.

Our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 18:00 P.M.

Every State celebrates the “National Day”. For the Sovereign Order of Malta this event is on 24 June, for the Feast of St. John the Baptist, Patron of the Order of Malta.

In Ukraine, in addition to the Embassy, the Malteser Relief Service is operating. The main centers of MRSU operate in Ivano-Frankivsk, Berehove, Lviv. Through its subdivisions and partners in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Varash, Yuzhnoukrainsk, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Kyiv, the organization provides humanitarian aid close to the front line, to people under constant shelling, and to internally displaced persons.
