On 06th of June 2024 – The Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to Ukraine, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Ukraine, H.E. Antonio Gazzanti Pugliese di Cotrone, held a working meeting with the Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Iraq, Minister Plenipotentiary Tareq A. Kazem.
On behalf of the diplomatic corps accredited to Ukraine, Ambassador Gazzanti Pugliese di Cotrone congratulated Minister Plenipotentiary Kazem on the beginning of his diplomatic mission in Ukraine.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the situation in Ukraine, in particular considering the ongoing war in the country. Special attention was paid to humanitarian issues.
